1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AirQuote (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AirQuote provides informational cost estimates for home services using satellite imagery and publicly available data. These estimates are generated by automated systems and are approximations for educational and informational purposes only. They are NOT binding quotes, bids, offers, or professional assessments.

3. Important Legal Notice — Not a Survey or Quote

AirQuote does not provide land surveying, boundary determination, or property measurement services as defined by state surveying statutes. All measurements displayed are ESTIMATES derived from satellite imagery for the sole purpose of generating approximate cost ranges. No data provided should be relied upon as a substitute for a licensed land survey.

All measurements must be verified on-site by a qualified professional before any work commences.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL DATA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRQUOTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY MEASUREMENTS OR ESTIMATES PROVIDED.

5. Estimate Accuracy

Our estimates are generated using satellite imagery and AI analysis. They are approximations that may differ significantly from actual costs. Factors that affect actual pricing include but are not limited to:

A licensed, insured contractor should inspect your property before providing a formal proposal.

6. Solar-Specific Disclaimers

Solar energy estimates are for informational purposes only. They are NOT quotes or offers for solar installation. Solar savings projections depend on current net metering policies, utility rates, and incentive programs, all of which are subject to change. The federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) percentage reflects current rates and is subject to scheduled step-downs. Actual solar production depends on panel type, installation angle, shading, weather, and degradation over time.

7. Data Sharing and Consent

When you submit the lead capture form and check the consent box, your contact information may be shared with up to 3 licensed local contractors. These contractors are independent businesses — AirQuote does not guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing status, or insurance coverage of any contractor. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials before hiring.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirQuote’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AirQuote shall not be liable for any decisions made based on estimates provided by the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirQuote from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the estimates, including any disputes with contractors.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Google Maps Platform

This service uses Google Maps Platform APIs. By using our service, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
